Caries
This is the most common dental problem, a well-known process of “holes” that must be filled with local anesthesia. In medical terms, caries is the process of demineralization of the hard tissues of the tooth – dentin and enamel, which occurs due to the production of acidic enzymes that are obtained in the process of our body’s reaction to the abundance of carbohydrates entering it, that is, sweet.
Solving the problem of caries

Pulpitis is an advanced stage of caries, it can also be the result of the installation of low-quality fillings or the actions of incompetent specialists. In scientific language, pulpitis is characterized as inflammation of the neurovascular bundle of the tooth and is determined, first of all, by a pronounced pain syndrome.
Solution to the problem of pulpitis
At the beginning of the treatment of deep caries, a special paste is used to lubricate the bottom of the inflamed carious cavity. The paste has an anti-inflammatory effect and enhances tissue regeneration. Then, after the application of the medical pad, a temporary filling is placed. The patient is monitored for 5-6 days and the tooth is filled only if there are no complaints. If there are complaints, the doctors decide to remove the nerve and fill the canal.
